Mr.
Ms.
Moriarity received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Science and History from the University of California,
Berkeley. Thereafter, Ms. Moriarity worked for several
years in the Bankruptcy arena before entering law school.
Ms. Moriarity earned her Juris Doctor from the University
of San Diego, School of Law, where she was awarded several
merit based scholarships and graduated in the top 11%
of her class. Ms. Moriarity was a member of the University
of San Diego's Law Review and competed in several Moot
Court competitions.
While
in law school Ms. Moriarity clerked for several judges,
including Justice Benke of California's Fourth District
Court of Appeal and Judge Sturgeon, a San Diego Superior
Court Judge. Ms. Moriarity was a certified legal intern
at the California Attorney General's office, on whose
behalf she argued several times before the Court of
Appeal. Ms. Moriarity further obtained Trial level experince
as a certified legal intern at the San Diego District
Attorney's office and the San Diego City Attorney's
office, where she appeared on both misdemeanor and felony
matters. Ms. Moriarity also volunteers as a Court Appointed
Special Advocate for San Diego foster care youth.
Ms. Moriarity works out of the firm's San Diego office,
practicing in the firm's workers' compensation and subrogation
sections.

In 1987, Mr. Badger attended the S.D. Inn of Courts
College of Advocacy and was admitted into the S.D. Inn
of Courts Louis M. Welsh chapter as an Associate Member
in 1990.
Mr. Badger initially practiced
civil litigation, but by 1987 incorporated workers'
compensation defense and workers' compensation subrogation
into his practice areas. Mr. Badger is a State Bar Certified
specialist in worker's compensation. He was a partner
at Mullen, Plummer and Badger from 1994 through 2008.
For over 20 years, Mr. Badger has represented a number
of cities, counties, school districts and insurance
carriers in workers' compensation and civil related
matters.
