Ms. Sieckman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Fresno State University, California. She later earned her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, Costa Mesa, California. While in law school, Ms. Sieckman was a member of Whittier Law School's Law Review and completed an externship with the Los Angeles City Attorney's office.

Ms. Sieckman has practiced law as a workers' compensation defense attorney for more than ten years. She has litigated all apsects of workers' compensation matters, including matters that have resulted in prosecution for insurance fraud. During her career, she has also garnered extensive experience in the representation of public entities.

Ms. Sieckman works in the firm's San Diego office, handling workers' compensation matters.
