Mr. Americano obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from San Diego State University and earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While in law school, he was named to the Dean’s Honor List, served as President of the Employment and Labor Law Society, and received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California.
Mr. Americano has over 17 years of litigation experience in civil and employment related matters, including including employment disputes, consumer protection, personal injury, business torts, and complex class actions. He has successfully tried multiple jury and bench trials, as well as litigating cases before both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums.
Mr. Americano is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is an active member of the California Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
