Ms. Morataya obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with a Major in Social Work.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire.  

Prior to joining EPS,  Ms. Morataya worked at the Smithsonian Institution as a legal intern, as well as with trademark, intellectual property and immigration law firms.  

With EPS, Ms. Morataya practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense in the firm’s San Diego and Los Angeles offices.
