Mr. Eggleton obtained his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University with a Major in Comparative Literature and a Minor in Religious Studies. He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

During his time at California Western, Mr. Eggleton served as the Community Outreach and Education Fellow with the California Western Community Law Project and externed in the field of Civil and Business Litigation. Mr. Eggleton was an active member for California Western’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, where he won Negotiation Competitions and competed in the ABA National Negotiation Competition. As a student, he was on the Dean’s Honor List, and earned Academic Excellence Awards in STEPPS, Legal Drafting, and Labor Law.

Mr. Eggleton is admitted to practice in the State of California. At EPS, Mr. Eggleton practices in the area of workers’ compensation and Longshore (LHWCA) defense.
