In the last quarter of 2016, Barry Ponticello, Renee St.Clair and Alex Oberjuerge led multiple training sessions, including with Tristar and various self insured employers, on medical treatment, UR, apportionment and hot button WCAB issues. Current case law and regulations were addressed in conjunction with the day to day litigation of these issues.
