Mr. McMahon received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he served as a Professional Articles Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. McMahon spent nearly a decade working as an engineering consultant supporting the United States Navy and Air Force. In that role, he provided engineering program management and technical analysis in highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance with federal safety standards and complex regulatory frameworks. His engineering background brings a disciplined, analytical approach to legal practice and allows him to efficiently evaluate technical evidence, expert opinions, and fact-intensive claims.

Mr. McMahon is admitted to practice law in California and handles workers’ compensation defense, liability defense and subrogation matters throughout southern California.
