The EPS subro team, including Barry Ponticello and Carlos Americano, has been busy the first half of this year recovering millions in workers’ compensation subrogation matters on behalf of employers and carriers. This was highlighted by a seven figure recovery in one contested liability case. Other recoveries obtained have been $220,000 in a construction equipment case, $215,000 in a commercial vehicle accident matter and multiple six figure recoveries in multi-trade construction accident cases.
